Erin Roughton
Managing Director
Erin oversees all projects at Emsol and is directly involved in quality control. Erin is a qualified Professional Engineer and has 22 years experience in energy engineering, research and project management. His work history has involved projects in energy efficiency and a range of renewable energy industries. Erin is an Accredited Energy Auditor (Energy Management Association of New Zealand), Home Energy Rating Assessor and Executive Member of EMANZ. He has provided policy advice and project management services to business, councils and government organisations.

Sue Roughton
Director
Sue is responsible for direction in business development, and has input to HR, marketing and reviewing Emsol’s written work.
Sue is tertiary qualified with a specialist qualification in Arts and Education. Sue has worked in businesses and schools and has organised successful energy efficiency events and promotions.
Yvonne Adams
Office Manager/CHWH Coordinator
Yvonne is responsible for accounts and administrative support at Emsol.
She also assists with marketing and coordinates the Nelson City Council 'Clean Heat Warm Homes' programme.
Yvonne has 15 years experience in Quality Management.

Rory Cobb
Assistant Manager
Rory is responsible for assisting the business functions at Emsol, including responsibility for finance, information technology and infrastructure.
He has joined Emsol following nine years management experience in the environmental research and forest industries as well as a period in the cold drinks industry. Rory has a BSc (Hons) in Forest Management from the University of Aberdeen and an MBA from the OUBS.

Paul Weeks
Energy Auditor Engineer
Paul is responsible for assisting with Emsol’s industrial and commercial clients, in particular performing energy audits, tariff analysis, verification and validation studies.
Paul is a Professional Engineer graduating from the University of Canterbury with a BE(hons) in Mechanical Engineering and has experience in energy audits, urban transport, heavy transport and mechanical design. Paul is also Advanced Trade Certificate qualified in Automotive Engineering Petrol.

Linda Biemuller
Office Administrator
Linda is responsible for the administration support of Emsol Office Systems. Her professional and industrious approach ensures the efficient management of Emsol projects. Linda’s twelve years experience in office management and customer / client relations guarantees that client satisfaction is a top priority. Linda assists in the coordination of Nelson City Council’s Clean Heat Warm Homes – Targeted Rate Scheme.
Frank Van der Plas
Energy Management Contractor
Frank's role is to identify and report energy and cost saving opportunities to meet the needs of Emsol's clients. Frank is also involved with projects related to energy efficiency and renewable energy. Frank is a qualified Professional Automotive (heavy equipment) and Marine Engineer and has gained 18 years experience in engineering in the automotive and marine industry. He has been involved for three years in the completion of house building, energy audits, and solar water heater audits.

Daniel Jessop
Energy Audit Engineer
Daniel is responsible for assisting with Emsol’s industrial and commercial clients, in particular collecting data, performing calculations and writing reports for audits. Daniel is a Professional Engineer graduating from the University of Canterbury with a combined B.E. (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering, specialising in Energy Engineering and HVAC Engineering; and a B.Com with majors in Management and Management Science. He has previously worked as a CNC machine operator and IT system administrator.
